The bar area at The Rose & Crown has a welcoming and conducive atmosphere thanks to our friendly clientele and the cosy intimate feel you’d expect in a traditional countryside pub. Grab a pint of Wadworth real ale that we always have on tap (or one of our great selection of wines), find yourself a table and relax.

We’re a well looked after, attractive and welcoming pub that appeals to villagers and visitors alike. Our pub changes with the season and the day. Cosy and warm in winter thanks to our wood burner, and open and airy in our summer garden. Quieter on week nights and lively on the weekends, especially Sundays when we’re full of people enjoying Sunday lunch.
